Seresin Estate has a definitive passion for Pinot Noir, producing 8 individual wines under the Seresin mark. Slower traditional methods are valued and during fermentation the caps are hand-plunged to delicately extract colour and flavour tannin from the skins. During harvest, plunging is our daily team ritual.
