Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Growing olives has been an integral part of Seresin Estate since 1999. Our three properties are planted with 5,000 olive trees - all imported Tuscan varieties chosen for their fresh, peppery and intense flavour. Fruit from the Leccino, Minerva, Frantoio, Pendolino and Maurino trees are blended to produce our estate extra virgin olive oil. We press our olives as soon as possible after picking, giving purity and fresh vibrant flavours. In making our citrus oils, we co-press fresh lemons and limes along with the olives for a truly integrated oil.

2013 Olio Nuovo 500ml > Order
Literally "New Oil", Olio Nuovo is the very first oil of the season, cold pressed and bottled unfiltered. While most extra virgin olive oil is left to settle for 30 to 90 days before bottling, Olio Nuovo goes from tree to press to bottle in a matter of hours, and captures a flavour that cannot be found at any other time of the year. The oil is wonderfully pungent, peppery and a luminous green.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Made from a blend of certified organic Leccino, Minerva, Frantoio, and Pendolino olives the 2010 Extra Virgin Oil is complex, with a rich herbal character, a hint of fruit on the nose and a long peppery finish.

Lemon Olive Oil 250ml > Order
The Lemon oil is made by pressing Lisbon and Villa Franca lemons with Frantoio, Pendolino and Leccino olives. The result is a highly fragrant and intense oil, with good palate weight and a long finish. The Lemon oil is the perfect accompaniment to Seafood and a great salad dressing.

The certified organic orange oil is a blend of Tuscan olive varieties pressed with organic Valencia oranges. Perfect for summer salads, or try it with duck or pork.

This oil is a blend of Tuscan olive varieties hand picked and cold pressed with Tahitian Limes. This zesty oil is ideal for dipping, salads or Asian cooking.
